  1. 3 tbsp olive oil

  6. 2 lb stew beef, cut into 2-inch cubes

  10. one cup Marsala
  11. 1 lb . butternut squash, cut straight into 2-inch cubes
  12. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  13. 3-4 cups beef broth
  14. 2 tsp dried parsley

  1. In large soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, rosemary, and thyme and saute until the onions are tender, regarding 2 minutes.
