  1. 2 cups of Idli / dosa crepe mixture
  2. 1/2 cups coconut milk products
  3. 3/4 cup green spinach blend
  4. 1/2 tsp. eno berries salt
  5. red soup flakes (opt)
  6. oil to sauces

  1. Blanch the spinach in hot drinking water for a few minutes. Refresh within cold water and make a puree. In a bowl, combine the mixture, spinach puree and coconut milk.

  2. Just prior to preparing them, add the eno fresh fruit salt and give it a mix.

  3. Temperature an appam chetti and grease together with some oil. Wipe clean with the tissue paper and drop a ladleful of the batter. Immediately swirl this around. Sprinkle some chili flakes inside the centre. Cover and cook upon a low flame for 1-2 mins or till the edges turns clean.

  4. Assist with any side dish or stew.
