The ingredients for making Easy Brad’s prawn fried rice Recipes

  1. 2 cups of coffee dry rice
  2. 1 pounds large prawns
  3. 5 tape bacon, chopped
  4. 1 pot frozen veggie mix, hammer toe, carrots, peas, and green beans
  5. a couple of eggs
  6. 3 tbs coconut infused white balsamic apple cider vinegar
  7. 2 tbs oil
  8. you tbs minced garlic
  9. a couple of tbs oyster sauce
  10. half of tbs fish sauce
  11. you tbs ground ginger
  12. you tbs ground ginger
  13. soy sauce
  14. Siracha sauce

Step-step making Brad’s prawn fried rice

  1. Prepare rice as instructed, but prepare in chicken broth, not water

  2. Marinade prawns in balsamic vinegar for 2 hrs

  3. Fry bacon until tender, not crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Reserve a little bacon grease.

  4. Drain prawns and place in same fry pan, fry in bacon grease. Add oyster sauce and fish sauce. Fry 2 minutes and add frozen veggies. Fry an additional 2 minutes

  5. Meanwhile in a LG wok. Heat oil. Add finished rice and fry until any excess moisture is gone. Add contents of other frying pan. Including all sauce. Wipe empty fry pan out with paper towel and use to scramble the eggs.

  6. Stir rice very often so it does not stick to wok.

  7. When rice is done and shrimp is cooked through, incorporate the scrambled eggs.

  8. Plate. Optional; top with soy sauce and Siracha sauce. Enjoy.
