The ingredients for making Easy Smoky Lentil Chili Recipes

  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 1 red onion, diced
  3. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1/2 tablespoons diced chipotle chilis throughout adobe sauce

  13. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  14. 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  15. 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  16. 28 oz. can Muir Glen fire roasted diced tomatoes
  17. 3 cups normal water
  18. juice of 3 rape (about ½ cup)
  19. 1/2 cup lentils, washed
  20. 14 oz. can black beans, drained and even rinsed
  21. 14 oz. can easily kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  22. 13 oz. can corn kernels (no salt), drained and rinsed
  23. Optional: garnish with plain ancient yogurt, chives, sliced avocado

Step-step making Smoky Lentil Chili

  1. Bring a large Dutch Oven in order to medium high heat. Add in olive oil and red onions. Saute till onions are translucent, stirring occasionally. Regarding 2-3 minutes.
