  1. 1 large package of jello vanilla pudding
  2. 2 egg yokes
  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla draw out
  4. 1 cup coconut flakes
  5. 1 pie crust 9 inch deep dish
  6. —meringue——
  7. 2 egg whites
  8. 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. because needed coconut flakes just lightly

Step-step making My Mom’s Coconut Cream Pie

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Bake pie crust till done color you want it

  3. Add Milk and vanilla extract to a pot, add egg yokes stirring constantly. Till milk is turning yellow. Then turn on heat, So egg yokes won’t cook till pudding is mixed in.

  4. Put on to heat, Add pudding still stirring constantly as the pudding thickens add coconut flakes.

  5. Let cool just a bit then add pudding mixture to pie crust.

  6. Put egg whites in a bowl into beat till a little frothy. Then turn mixer on high. Add a little vanilla extract. Beat till stiff

  7. Put on top of pie sprinkle coconut flakes on top put into oven till brown.
