  1. 3 G shredded chicken
  2. 1 G ratatouille
  3. 3 C cream of chicken soup
  4. one C chicken stock
  5. .25 C grated parmigiano reggiano
  6. 2 T herbes sobre provence
  7. 1 C norwegian fried onions
  8. 1/2 C champagne vinegar
  9. 1 pinch kosher salt

    Step-step making Creamy Chicken & Ratatouille Casserole

    1. Preheat oven to 350┬░

    2. Spray a large casserole dish along with non-stick cooking spray.

    3. Place shredded chicken and ratatouille in casserole dish. Mix together.

    4. Add cream soup, chicken stock, vinegar, plus seasonings.

    5. Top with german fried onions and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    6. Spray aluminum foil along with non-stick cooking spray and cover casserole.

    7. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until chicken is completely reheated, casserole is bubbling, and onions are crispy. Remove cover during last 15 minutes.

    8. If onions are not crispy but casserole will be ready to eat, place under broiler for 30 seconds to 1 moment to crisp onions.
