  1. 2 cups of coffee dosa batter

  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 4 tsp butter/oil for greasing and cooking

  1. Combine the dosa batter with small water and salt in a dish and mix well.

  2. Heat a pan/tava or even griddle over medium heat. Add the teaspoon of oil in the center and spread a large spoonful associated with the batter onto the hot griddle. Do not spread out very slim, spread to about 1/3rd to 0.5 an inch thickness.

  3. Sprinkle some chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, curry leaves plus a teaspoon of cumin seeds more than the batter (optional).

  4. Drizzle a little oil around the uttapam.

  5. Prepare over medium heat till the side panels begin to turn brown. Flip more than, simmer, cook for a minute or even till it becomes golden brown.
