  1. 4 small tomatillos; sliced thin horizontally

  3. 2 T milk
  4. 1. 5 C panko breadcrumbs
  5. 1/2 C mayonnaise

  10. 1/2 lime; juiced
  11. 1/4 C sour cream
  12. as needed vegetable oil

  1. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cumin, lime, paprika, white pepper, and sodium.
