  1. The Caramel
  2. 1 Cup White Sugar
  3. 1/4 Cup Water
  4. The Flan
  5. just one Cup White Sugar

  7. 2 Cans Evaporated Milk
  8. 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  9. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step-step making Flan Puerto Rican

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. For the Caramel, combine 1 pot sugar and 1/4 cup water throughout a glass measuring cup or different suitable microwavable bowl.

  3. Micro wave on high for 5 minutes /- depending on your microwave. Watch in direction of the end stopping when you get to desired color. Do not overcook together with burn.

  4. Remove from micro wave and pour into pans to turn out to be used. Tilt to coat bottom. Placed aside.

  5. For flan put together sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, condensed dairy products and vanilla.
