The ingredients for making Easy Matcha & Azuki Cake Recipes

  1. 3 Eggs
  2. 90 g (100 ml) Caster Sugar

    1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Line bottom and side of a 20cm circular cake tin with baking paper.

    6. Suggestion: If you can’t find Sweet Azuki Beans (Amanatto), you can cook all of them by yourself. Simply boil some Azuki beans (red beans) in water, in addition to add some sugar when tender, Next dry them.
