  1. 3 the best spinner’s Sunfloiwer Oil
  2. 1 the best spinner’s Sesame oil
  3. 1 garlic clove chopped
  4. 225 h Broccoli florets cut directly into small pieces
  5. 115 g sugar snap peas
  6. 1 whole Chinese leaf (or Savoy Cabbage) about 450g
  7. 4 planting season onions finely chopped
  8. 2 tbs soy sauce
  9. 2 tbs dry sherry
  10. 1 tbs sesame seeds lightly roasted

Step-step making Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Heat the oils in a wok or large frying pan until really hot, add the garlic and stir fry for about 30 seconds.

  2. Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for about 3 minutes.

  3. Toss in the Chinese cabbage and spring onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes

  4. Pour on the soy sauce and sherry and 2-3 tablespoons of water and stir fry for 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender.

  5. Sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
