The ingredients for making Easy Veggie Sandwhich Recipes

  1. 2 slices bread
  2. 3 slices heirloom tomato
  3. sundried tomato pesto
  4. hummus (i used carmelized onion and balsamic)
  5. one slice red onion
  6. romaine lettuce
  7. cucumber
  8. goat cheese

Step-step making Veggie Sandwhich

  1. Spread hummus on one slice of bread and the sundried tomato pesto on the other. I layed the onions on the hummus to glue them down and cucumbers on top of then the goat cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with the other slice of bread and enjoy!
