  1. 150 gms ghee residue
  2. 50 gms powdered sugar
  3. 2 tbsp roasted wheat flour
  4. two tbsp ground coconut
  5. a single tsp chopped almonds
  6. a single tsp chopped cashewnuts
  7. a single tsp roasted sesame seed
  8. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder snow
  9. 1 tbsp milk or even powder milk

  1. Grind ghee residue in a mixer grinder. Also grind sugar. Dry roast atta (wheat flour). Dry roast sesame seeds also. Then add ghee residue and sugar. Add the ground dessicated or fresh coconut and quickly toss so that it doesn’t burn at bottom. When a dry lump is formed quickly add chopped dry nuts and raisins and the cardamom powder. Spread on a flat plate and either cut into squares or make round balls.
