    1. In a bowl, blend together whole wheat flour, salt and oil. Add required amount of water and knead in to a dough. Cover and maintain aside for 30 minutes.

    2. Divide the dough in to 10 equal portions.

    3. Roll out each into the small disc just like poori by dusting some flour.

    4. Take one rolled out there poori and spread some powdered dry fruits, followed by deep-fried onion, red chili flakes plus coriander leaves.

    5. Protect with another poori and push all edges.

    6. Move out further into a bigger disc just like chapattis simply by dusting some more flour. Help to make similar stuffed parathas.

    7. Heat 1 tbsp. oil plus shallow fry them on each sides, one at a period till light golden in color.

    8. Serve them very hot with any side dish, raita, butter, green chutney or pickle.
