  1. 4 Rashers your preferred Bacon
  2. 200 grams or so, Mushrooms
  3. 4 Eggs
  4. 50 Grams Butter (see below)
  5. to taste Black Pepper

  1. Dice up Bacon and start in order to cook it gently in a smolder pan

  2. Cut up Mushrooms and add, with the little butter. (if your Bacon offers produced enough fat, leave out the particular butter! )

  3. Whisk the eggs, using a shell, in a cup, then add in order to pan and mix well

  4. Serve on person plates and add Black Pepper in order to your taste!! Enjoy!!
