  3. 1 cup Milk powder
  4. 2 tsp Amaranth/Rajgeera powder
  5. 1 cup powdered sugar
  6. 2 tsp butter
  7. 6-7 kesar petals
  8. 2 tsp milk
  9. 1 tsp rose powder
  10. 2 cups cream (above 1 cup sugar for frosting)
  11. 1 pinch cardamom powder
  12. 3 strawberries cut into thin pieces
  13. 1 cup blueberries

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into the pieces and blend it in mixer with water to smooth form

  2. In milk soaked kesar petals an hour before

  3. Add rose powder, kesar milk, 1 cup of sugar, Rajgeera, milk powder and whisk it

  4. Add butter and again whisk it

  5. Now pour it in greased mould. Baked it for 200 degree for 12-15 mins

  6. Cool it

  7. Now whisk cream and cardamom powder slowly add sugar.

  8. Make smooth frosting cream on medium high speed

  9. Remove cake from mould, apply cream

  10. Decorate with cream, strawberries and berries
