  1. 1 cup sattu flour
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 15 Cashewnuts roasted
  4. 1/2 cups pure Ghee and 2 teaspoon for greasing
  5. 1 teaspoon Elaichi powder
  6. 15 Almonds roasted
  7. 2 cups processed powdered sugar
  8. 2 teaspoon melon seeds (meengi) roasted
  9. 2 tablespoons flax seeds, roasted
  10. 1 cup fox nuts dry roasted
  11. 1 teaspoon chironji /chiroli dry roasted
  12. 1 tablespoon khas/posto dana dry roasted

Step-step making Easy Sattu Alsi Meva Ke Laddoo Recipes

  1. Sieve the sattu flour and grain flour separately through a fine filter and set aside

  2. Dry up roast the dry fruits, flax seed, fox nuts and khas individually.

  3. Coarsely grind cashew crazy, flax seeds, chironji, melon seeds and even almonds and set aside.

  4. Coarsely grind the particular fox nuts and keep aside.

  5. Melt half cup ghee inside a kadhai and add grain flour and cook on low heat until it is fragrant and a little bit dark brown in colour.
    This generally uses about 15 to 20 minutes.

  6. Similarly roast the sattu flour in ghee, on a low fire for just 5 minutes.

  7. Switch off the flame and allow it cool down to room temperatures.

  8. Add the coarsely grinded fox nuts to the roasted flours mixture

  9. Add the refined powdered sugar, dried fruits, melon meengi, flax seeds and even cardamom powder to the roasted flours and mix well.

  10. You may use your hands in order to mix this, add some more dissolved ghee if required in order in order to bind the laddoo mixture well.

  11. Shape into walnut sized round of golf laddoos with your greased palms and even store in an airtight textbox if completely cooled.

    We can in addition dry roast the aata halfway and even then add ghee and once again beef roasts on a low flame
