1 cup sattu flour

2 teaspoon melon seeds (meengi) roasted

2 tablespoons flax seeds, roasted

1 cup fox nuts dry roasted

1 teaspoon chironji /chiroli dry roasted

1 tablespoon khas/posto dana dry roasted

Sieve the sattu flour and grain flour separately through a fine filter and set aside

Coarsely grind the particular fox nuts and keep aside.

Melt half cup ghee inside a kadhai and add grain flour and cook on low heat until it is fragrant and a little bit dark brown in colour.
This generally uses about 15 to 20 minutes. -
Similarly roast the sattu flour in ghee, on a low fire for just 5 minutes.

Switch off the flame and allow it cool down to room temperatures.

You may use your hands in order to mix this, add some more dissolved ghee if required in order in order to bind the laddoo mixture well.
