  1. 8-9 Raw Mangoes (cut in cube, with peels)
  2. 4 Pumpkin (thick jullienes)
  3. 1/4 kg Green Chillies
  4. 1 cup Rock Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. Tempering/Vaghaar:

  8. 1 cup Rai Kuria (splitted Mustard seeds without skin)
  9. quarter cup Coriander seeds (grind coarsely)
  10. 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds seeds (grind with coriander seeds)
  11. Salt (as required)
  12. 3-4 teaspoon Chilli powder
  13. 1 tbsp ready Atchar Masala
  14. .5 tsp Turmeric powder
  15. a single tsp BlackPepper corns
  16. a single tsp Cloves
  17. 4 cups of Oil
