  1. a hundred gm Strawberries
  2. 50 gm Khajoor( dates)
  3. 1/2 cup Jaggery
  4. 1 tbsp Black salt
  5. 2 tbsp ” lemon ” juice
  6. 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
  7. .5 tbsp Fenugreek Seed
  8. 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  9. 1 Dry Chilli
  10. two to three Cloves
  11. two Green Cardamom

Step-step making Easy Strawberry-Dates Chutney Recipes

  1. Chopped the strawberries and dates.

  2. Roast all spices and grind it.

  3. Heat a pan, and add strawberries.

  4. Add Jaggery and lemon juice. Cook till jaggery dissolved.

  5. As jaggery dissolved, add dates and spices powder, and black salt. cook till dates become soft.

  6. Off the flame, and keep it to be cool. Grind it. Strawberry- Dtes chutney is ready.
