  1. 1 cup boiled Green moong dal
  2. 1/2 lt relationship boiled dairy
  3. 50 general motors grated Khoya /mawa (milk solid)
  4. 2 tbsp Khajur Gud (Date Jaggery)
  5. two tsp / more Brown sugars (as per need)
  6. 1/3 tsp dry Ginger energy (Sonth)
  7. one tbsp Coconut powder
  8. one tbsp Cleared up butter (Deshi ghee)
  9. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruit
  10. 1/2 tsp Cardamom natural powder
  11. 1 touch salt

Step-step making Easy Green Moong Dal KHEER Recipes

  1. Heat the Ghee throughout a wok. Fry the dried fruits in low medium flare. Remove and keep aside.

  2. To the remaining ghee in the wok add typically the green moong dal paste and even fry for 2 minutes in low medium heat.

    Now add milk and mawa to the dal and always keep stirring.

    Then put Jaggery and/or brown sugar and even salt, Coconut powder and Sonth or dry Ginger powder.

  3. Cook for 2 units without covering the wok.

    Switch off the flare and mix the Cardamon electric power and fried dry fruits.
