  1. 100 grms moth daal (soaked overnight)
  2. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed products
  3. 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  4. just one tsp turmeric powder
  5. .5 tsp oriander powder
  6. .5 tsp red chilli dust
  7. 1 tsp ginger substance
  8. 1/2 cup tomato blend
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. 1 tbsp ghee
  11. 1 tbsp coriander departs
  12. Salt as per preference

Step-step making Easy Moth Daal Recipes

  1. Pressure cook moth daal in sufficient water till the pressure is released for 5-6 times.

  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan add cumin seeds and asafoetida and saute for few seconds.

  3. Then add ginger paste, cumin powder, red chilli powder. Fry till the raw smell is gone.

  4. Next add tomato puree, salt, garam masala powder and fry it till oil separate.

  5. Now add boiled daal. Add hot water if want to increase quantity, let it boil for 5 minutes on a medium flame.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

  7. Moth Daal is ready to be served with hot rice or roti.
