  1. 1/3 (70 g) carrot
  2. 4-5 green beans
  3. 1/2 green onion
  4. 2 dried Shiitake mushroom
  5. 4 Aburaage
  6. 4 sliced pork
  7. 2 teaspoon Miso for inside of the roll
  8. Miso sauce
  9. 200 ml Shiitake water
  10. 1 tablespoon Miso
  11. 1 tablespoon Dashi powder Japanese fish bouillon
  12. 1 teaspoon sugar
  13. Green onion for garnish

  1. Soak Shiitake mushroom firstwith 1 mug of water. Shred vegetables and Shiitake. Please keep Shiitake water.

  2. Cut Aburaage plus open.

  3. Cut sliced pork and put veggies on pork. And put a bit of of Miso (1/2 teaspoon)

  4. Roll tightly plus stick the end with flour drinking water.

  5. Help to make Miso sauce.

  6. Fry the end of move and put Miso sauce.

  7. Cook for fifteen minutes with low heat with the lid.

  8. Slice and garnish with green onion.
