  1. 1 pot boiled fresh lilva (fresh tuvar dana)
  2. 1 eliminato
  3. 1 sweet potato
  4. you chopped tomato
  5. 2 tbsp oil ghee
  6. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  7. Pinch asafoetida
  8. 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  11. 1 tablespoon purple chilli powder
  12. 1 tablespoon kitchen king masala or garam masala
  13. 1/4 cup taken curd
  14. 3 tablespoon chopped fresh new coriander leaves
  15. as needed Oil for frying

Step-step making Easy Lilva curry Recipes

  1. Boil lilva in pressure cooker with little water.

  2. Cut potato and sweet potato in small cubes and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

  3. In a pan heat oil and ghee. Add mustard seeds. When crackles add asafoetida.

  4. Add chopped tomato and garlic paste. Saute till tomato turns soft.

  5. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and whisked curd. Add approximate 1/2 cup water and mix well.

  6. When it comes to boil add fried potato, sweet potato and boiled lilva. Add chopped coriander leaves.

  7. Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  8. Tasty lilva curry is ready to serve. Enjoy with roti or paratha.
