  15. 2 tbsp refined oil
  16. 2 tomatoes chopped
  17. 1 small onion chopped finely

Step-step making Easy Steamed chicken momo Recipes

  1. Pressure cook the chicken mince along with little water and set aside. The water of chicken mince can become reserved to make a healthy chicken soup.

  2. Steam the veggies and set aside. Squeeze out extra water. Heat oil in a wok and lightly fry the onion along with little salt. Then add the minced ginger and garlic.   5. Grease a steamer pan and place the momos leaving a space between each. Steam for 10-15 minutes and serve very hot with a tangy chilli garlic tomato ketchup.
