  1. 2 hundred gms Potatoes large cut and peeled and mashed
  2. 1 pot Fresh Corn kernels cut and coarsely crushed
  3. 1/2 cup Cooked Rice –
  4. 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs rapid
  5. 1/4 cup roughly grated Cheese
  6. to taste Sodium
  7. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  8. 1/4 tsp Crushed chilli garlic
  9. 1 tsp Green chillies
  10. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  11. as needed Oil to fry

Step-step making Easy Paneer Corn Croquettes Recipes

  1. Take 1 tsp oil in a pan.
    Put chilli garlic paste. Saute it. Put crushed corns and cooked rice, chopped onions, coriander, green chillies and cheese.

  2. Add salt. Mix well. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside.

  3. Now take mashed potatoes and stuff mixture and bind and make a ball.

  4. Prepare all accordingly.
    Fry it on medium hot oil till crispy and crunchy and golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with choice of ur dips/ Sauces/ chutnies.
