  2. 500 ml Milk
  3. Very few drops Rose essence
  4. Few drops rose shade gel
  5. Sliced dry fruits
  6. 1/4 pot or as for every taste Sugar
  7. 1 tbsp Ghee

  1. Boil milk let it reduced half.

  2. Add sugar, essence and colour mix well cook for 5 min. Then switch off the flame let it cool down.

  3. On tawa add some ghee shallow fry the bread slices

  4. Dip the one by one slices on milk mixture or rabri, then take out immediately in serving plate.

  5. Garnish with dry fruits and serve immediately.
