  1. 4-5 pav buns
  2. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 small onion finely chopped
  4. 1 small tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1 green capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  9. To taste Salt
  10. 2 tsp lemon juice
  11. 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  12. As needed Butter/ oil for cooking
  13. As required Water

Step-step making Easy Mumbai style masala pav Recipes

  1. First in a pan, add 2 tsp butter / oil. Then add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes. Now add chopped onion, saute it for 2 minutes. Then add chopped capsicum and cook for about 4-5 minutes.

  2. Now add garam masala powder, red chilli powder pav baji masala powder and salt as per taste. Mix well.

  3. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes becomes soft. Now add little water and cook it for about 4-5 minutes. add coriander leaves and leMon juice and turn off the gas. Bhaji masla is ready.

  4. Now take pav buns. In a pan add 1 tsp butter. Now put pav on it and cook from both sides.

  5. Now put bhaji masala on it and cover it with another pav bun. Garnish with chopped onion. Serve hot.
