  1. 2 mugs plain flour
  2. as required Salt
  3. 1 teaspoon fine sugar
  4. as needed Oil
  5. as needed Milk to knead dough
  6. 1/2 mug gram flour
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. one large green chilli cut finely/1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  9. 1 tsp nigella seeds
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  12. as required Water
  13. 2 drops yellow food colour/ a nip of turmeric

  1. Add the plain flour, 1 teaspoon salt and sugars in a mixing bowl

  2. Mix nicely and knead a stiff money using the required amount associated with milk

  3. Tuck the dough into the ball and apply some essential oil over it

  15. Gently push down the seeds and chillies with a spoon so that they stick well

  16. Prepare all the Quatlamas similarly and deep fry each till both sides puff up while frying
