  1. 1/4 kilogram Kand (purple yam)
  2. 3/4 cup besan
  3. 1 tbsp cornflour(white)
  4. 1 tbsp coarsely crushed coriander seeds
  5. a single tbsp coarsely crushed dark-colored pepper
  6. 1 tsp crimson chilli powder
  7. 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  10. 1 tbsp oil
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Some Oil intended for deep frying

Step-step making Easy Kand(Purple Yam) Bhajiya Recipes

  1. Peel and thinely cut Kand (purple yam). soak within salted water for 10 minutes.

  2. In mixing dish add besan, salt, crushed coriander seeds, black pepper, sesame seed products.

  3. Add turmeric natural powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, fat and enough water to create thick batter.

  4. Stress soaked Kand (purple yam) slices. Coat each kand slice along with prepared spicy besan batter plus drop them one by 1 in hot oil. Deep smolder on medium flame till fantastic brown in colour.

  5. Serve/ Relish Hot Kand bhajiyas with tomato sauce on winter season days.
