The ingredients for making Easy Black Bean Chili/Soup (Vegetarian or Not) Recipes

  1. 3 cans black beans
  2. 1 can vegetable broth
  3. 6 oz can of tomato paste
  4. 1/2-1 onion
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
  8. 1/2 ? tablespoon of lemon juice (didn’t try)
  9. 1 tomatoes (optional)
  10. 1 avocados (optional)
  11. chopped cilantro (optional)
  12. Tabasco (optional)
  13. feta cheese

Step-step making Black Bean Chili/Soup (Vegetarian or Not)

  1. Boil chicken to make shredded chicken. (If not making vegetarian. )

  2. Use olive oil to sauted chopped onion and garlic in a soup size pot.

  3. Add black beans, vegetable broth, tomato paste, and salt. Optional – lemon juice. Boil.

  4. Pour about 2/3 into food processor, leave beans in pot.

  5. Blend and stir back in pot with left over beans in pot.

  6. Optional – add shredded chicken.

  7. Add Tabasco, tomato, avocado, feta cheese, and cilantro.
