  1. 1 medium sized cauliflower
  2. 4 large garlic cloves

  6. 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  7. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Sumac (optional)

  1. Break or slice the cauliflower straight into medium-sized chunks.

  2. Bring some sort of large pot filled with salted normal water to the boil, add the cauliflower chunks, cover, and cook until typically the cauliflower is tender enough to crush.
