  1. 1 package pav buns
  2. 4 potatoes cubed
  3. 1/2 cup chopped beans
  4. 1/4 Cup boiled peas
  5. 2 carrots cubed
  6. 1 capsicum chopped
  7. 2 onions cut
  8. 1 tsp ginger substance
  9. 1 tsp garlic substance
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  11. .25 tsp red chilli dust
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. 1 tomato chopped
  14. two tbsp tomato puree
  15. just one tbsp pav bhaji masala
  16. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  17. 7-8 cashewnuts broken
  18. 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  19. two tbsp refined oil
  20. just one tbsp butter
  21. 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Step-step making Easy Pav bhaji Recipes

  1. Cube potatoes and carrots. Chop beans. Boil all and mash them coarsely. You may add chopped and boiled cauliflower also.

  2. Heat oil in a nonstick wok and sprinkle ajwain. Add chopped onion and fry lightly. Add green peas and chopped capsicum and fry. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, salt to taste and toss Add the boiled mashed vegetables, kasoori methi, garam masala and toss.

  3. Add some vegetable stock and boil. Sprinkle some chopped coriander and garnish with few broken cashewnuts and a tbsp of butter. Serve bhaji with toasted buttered pav, chopped onion and lemon slices.
