  1. 500 gary spaghetti
  2. 150 g pancetta (chopped bacon will do)
  3. Small chopped onion
  4. 50 % tin of chopped tomatoes
  5. Pecorino cheese
  6. Touch olive oil

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water, approx 10 mins. Meanwhile, cook onion and pancetta in olive oil, medium warmth

  2. After 3-4 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, stir well and cook until pasta is definitely cooked (remaining few minutes)

  3. When pasta is usually cooked, drain and add to sauce. Mix it all up well and serve immediately with pecorino
