1 glass moongdal (mogar dal)

quarter cup chanadal

1/2 glass pok

1/2 cup onion chopped

1/2 cup green garlic chopped

1 teaspoon garlic chilli paste

crunch turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon asofoetida

2 tbsp oil

1 Pinch soda

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder

1 tsp coriander

Wash and soak dal for 2-3hrs. Chop green garlic coriander onion.

Now grind dal in a grinder. without water. if need water add 1-2t. spoon. Make thick batter add salt pepper powder garlic chilli paste green garlic onion coriander turmeric powder nsalt. Now crushed1/2portion of pok and 1/2 portion pok both add in a batter. mix well add pinch soda. and hot oil.

Heat oil and put pakoda with fingers. with thumb impression Fry 1time on a high flame and take out. Fry 2nd time on medium flame. Serve hot.
