  11. 1 cup Yogurt (if you such as chaat with dahi)
  12. Katoris:
  13. 1/2 mug All Objective Flour
  14. 0.5 kg Child Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
  15. Salt (as required)
  16. 2 tbsp Oil
  17. 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  18. Namkeen Sev:
  19. 2 mugs Besan (Gram flour)
  20. Salt (as required)
  21. 1 tbsp Oil
  22. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  23. pinch Soda bicarbonate
  24. Paani/Ras/Tamarind Spices:
  25. 1/2 mug Tamarind pulp (tamarind boiled with times and sugar)
  26. 1 bunch Mint leaves
  27. 1/4 bunch Coriander leaves
  28. pinch Salt
  29. 3 tbsp Sugar
  30. 1 Green Chilli
  31. pinch Dark salt (optional)
  32. 1/2 tsp Cummin powder
  33. Green Chutney:
  34. 6-7 Green Chillies
  35. 1 tbsp Roasted Chana/Dalia
  36. 1 Garlic Clove
  37. Lemon Fruit juice
  38. Salt (as required)
  39. 1/4 bunch Coriander Leaves
  40. Leaves few strigs of Mint
  41. Red Chutney:
  42. 3-4 Crimson Chillies (remuv seeds)
  43. 2 Garlic Cloves
  44. Salt (as required)
  45. 0.25 cup Rosted Peanuts
  46. Lemon Juice

  1. Katoris:
    Bind using ingredients in order to soft dough, press from chakri device into greased single cupcake moulds, strong fry putting each chakri katori together with it’s mould as it fries mold will come out, remove on strainer, remove chakri katoris when golden brownish in colour.
