  1. 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tablespoon Cornflour
  3. 4 large Egg whites
  4. 1 cup regular Sugar
  5. 3 cups shredded Coconut(fresh or dessicated)
  6. 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

  1. In a heatproof bowl add together egg whites plus sugar.

  2. Place the bowl over a simmering very hot water(double broiler method) and whisk constantly.

  3. When the mixture is nice and creamy, and slight warm to touch, remove from heat.

  4. Add in vanilla essence and stir.

  5. Also add all purpose flour and cornflour. Mix well.

  6. Add shredded coconut or dessicated coconut and mix with each other.

  7. Cover and preserve in the refrigerator for about 1 or 2 hour to set.

  8. Before cooking pre heat oven at 165 degree C for 10 moments.

  9. Collection a baking tray with cooking sheet.

  10. Take out coconut mixture through refrigerator, take one tablespoon associated with mixture and spoon on the baking sheet.

  11. Place them in the baking page, spacing little gap between the mixture.

  12. Bake them for about 15 to twenty minutes or until light fantastic brown.

  13. Remove from oven and permit cool for about 10 moments and then transfer to ” cable ” rack.
