The ingredients for making Easy Shrimp and Avocado salad Recipes

  1. For Shrimp:
  2. 1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
  3. Juice of 1/2 a lime
  4. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  5. 1 tsp ground Cumin
  6. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  7. Pinch salt
  8. For salad:
  9. 1 ripped avocado cut into pieces (cubes)
  10. 1 lb cherry tomatoes cut in half
  11. 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
  12. 1/2 cup cilantro
  13. Juice of 1 lime
  14. 1 small garlic clove
  15. 3 Tbsp olive oil
  16. to taste Salt

Step-step making Shrimp and Avocado salad

  1. In a bowl, toss together the shrimp, lime juice, chili powder, cumin powder, olive oil and salt, arranged aside while you preheat a barbeque grill pan on high heat. Grill the shrimp on the hot grill pan for just a couple of moments until fully cooked through, remove the shrimp and place them in a bowl, set aside.

  2. In a small mini chopper or blender, add the cilantro, olive oil, lime and garlic and pulse until simply about smooth. Add the remaining salad ingredients along with the vinaigrette to the bowl with the grilled shrimp and toss all together to mix then cover and pop it in the fridge for about half a good hour before serving.
