3 raw bananas

1 potato boiled

2 tbsp besan/gramflour

1 tbsp maida

1 pinch hing

1 tsp roasted jeera powder

3-4 green chillies chopped

2 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp aloo dum masala

1 tbsp fresh cream or malai

4 tbsp oil

2 tbsp chopped coriander

To taste salt and sugar

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 th tsp red chilli powder

2 tbsp tomato puree
Step-step making Easy Kachkolar malai kofta/ Raw banana malai kofta Recipes

Cut raw banana into 4 parts each with skin and boil. Disect the potato also. Peel the epidermis and mash and mix both. Include besan or gramflour, 2 tsp turmeric paste, 1tsp roasted jeera powder, cut green chillies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, salt and sugar to taste. Crush all and make it into a new dough. If needed add some additional besan. Make small balls out regarding it and fry in hot olive oil. Set aside.

Heat several more oil and sprinkle hing. Next add 1tbsp ginger paste, aloo dum masala, tomato puree, turmeric and reddish colored chilli powder. Add salt and glucose to taste and fresh cream in addition to fry. Add 1 cup water in addition to boil the masala. When the gravy is thick carefully ads the koftas. Add garam masala. Toss lightly in addition to garnish with fresh cream and coriander. Serve with methi paratha or roti.

Note: Koftas absorb gravy so keep some gravy separate in order to mix it later.
