  2. 200 ml hot stock (I always add a squeeze of harissa paste! )
  3. Olive oil
  4. 100 g feta
  5. 50 g pine nuts
  6. Oregano

  1. Put cous in a bowl. Add hot stock, stir and cover with cling film. Leave for 5 minutes

  2. Fluff up with a fork, add the good drizzle of olive oil, blend well, add pine nuts. Top with crumbled feta and a sprinkle associated with oregano: )
