  1. 500 gms Rice flakes(Thin Poha)
  2. 250 gms Churmura
  3. 2 tsp spicy green chilis crushed
  4. 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  5. 2 tsp cumin seeds powder
  6. 200 gms peanuts
  7. 1 tsp Aamchur powder
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. 1 tsp sesame seed
  12. 8-10 curry leaves(not got in stored)
  13. 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  14. 2 cups Sev
  15. 1/2 cup oil

Step-step making Easy Crispy Chivda with less oil Recipes

  1. Without oil roast rice flakes poha and churmura seperately

  2. Now in big skillet take oil on moderate flame, add coriander seed products, curry leaves and asafoetida

  3. Now include chilli paste, fry right up until crispy, now add peanuts and remaining spices, blend well for 3 minutes. This is my earlier chivada image
