Easy Matcha, White Chocolate & Macadamia Brownie Recipes

  1. 125 gary the gadget guy Butter
  2. 200 g White Chocolate
  3. 1/4 cup Caster Sugar *OR add even more if you like it sweeter, yet 1/4 cup is sweet enough!
  4. 2 Large Eggs *lightly whisked
  5. 3/4 cup Plain Flour OR SR Flour
  6. 1-2 tablespoons Matcha Powder
  7. 100 g Macadamia Nuts *coarsely chopped
  8. Extra Matcha Powder OR/AND Powdered Sugar for dusting

Step-step making Easy Matcha, White Chocolate & Macadamia Brownie Recipes>

  1. Line the brownie tin with preparing paper. I used a 28cm Brownie Tin. Preheat oven to 160°C.

  2. Place Butter and White Chocolate in a large heatproof bowl above a saucepan of simmering water. Blend with a metal spoon until dissolved and smooth. Set aside for 5 various minutes to cool slightly.

  3. Alternatively you can do this method using the microwave.

  4. Blend in the Eggs into the a little cooled mixture and mix well.

  5. Combine Flour, Sugar and Matcha Powder in a separate bowl. Crease into the chocolate mixture, add Macadamia Nuts and stir until just blended. Pour into prepared tin.

  6. Bake for 20 to 30 short minutes or until cooked though. Leave to be able to cool in the pan as typically the cake is very soft and fragile. Cut into squares and dust having Matcha Powder or/and Powdered Sugar.
