  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 tablespoon Milk *optional
  3. 1 cup Cooked Japanese Rice *warmed
  4. 1/4 Onion
  5. 1/2-1 Chicken Thigh Fillet
  6. 1/4 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Corn, Peas) *defrosted
  7. Ketchup
  8. Ground Paprika *optional
  9. 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  10. Salt

    Step-step making Omurice (Omelette Rice)

    1. Chop Onion finely and cut Poultry into about 1cm pieces.

    2. Heat oil in a fry skillet and cook Onion and Chicken, after that add Mixed Vegetables. When all will be cooked, season with Salt, Pepper, Floor Paprika and about 1 tablespoon associated with Ketchup and mix well.
