  1. just one large eggplant slice into thin round slices (baingan)
  2. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  3. 1 tea spoons turmeric powder (haldi)
  4. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  5. 1/4 glass chickpea flour (besan)
  6. 1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  7. 2 tablespoons grain powder/paste
  8. To taste Salt
  9. Pinch Baking powder
  10. Some Oil for baking

Step-step making Easy Eggplant fritters/Begun bhaja Recipes

  1. Cut the eggplant into thin pieces. Marinate them with haldi and sodium and keep it aside for 15 mins.

  2. Take all the spices, baking talc, salt, besan, maida and rice composite.

  3. Mix everything together with make a batter.

  4. Dip the eggplant slices in the batter.

  5. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the eggplants.

  6. Fry right up until both the sides are red.

  7. Serve having steamed rice and Dal.
