  1. 1/4 mug Chana dal / bengal gram
  2. 1/4 cup whitened urad dal / split black gram
  3. 1/4 cup yellow moong dal
  4. 1/4 cup Tuar Dal
  5. 1/4 cup Masoor dal
  6. 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1 inch ginger piece chopped
  8. to taste Salt
  9. as required Oil
  10. For curd:
  11. 2 cup curd
  12. to flavor Salt
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  15. 0.5 tsp black pepper
  16. because needed Coriander leaves

Step-step making Easy Appe mix dal dahibade Recipes

  1. Assemble all dals. Soak dals inside water for 5-6 hours. Strain drinking water. Transfer in mixer jar. Add cut green chillies and ginger.

  2. Grind in a fine clean paste. Add salt and mix very well. Beat batter for 5 min inside circular motion. Grease appe pan together with oil. Pour batter in each gap of appe pan.

  3. Cook on medium heat coming from both sides until light brown. Saturate in lukewarm for 15-20 min. Squash water by pressing dahi bade inside both palms.

  4. Whisk curd. Add dahi bade. Add salt. Mix well.

  5. Garnish with cumin powder, red chilli powder, black self defense and coriander leaves.
