  3. 2 tablespoon Okara(byproduct of Tofu making)
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 carrot
  6. 1 pack mushroom
  7. Leek
  8. 1 teaspoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  9. 100 ml seasoning Sake
  10. 100 ml Mirin Japanese seasoning sweet Sake
  11. 50 ml soy sauce
  12. 1 teaspoon sugar

  1. Ingredients Aburaage. Thin deep-fried Tofu

  2. Cut three edges and open

  3. Mix meat and Okara and Dashi powder.

  4. Mix egg with hand.

  5. Spread meat on Aburaage

  6. Put shred carrot and chopped mushrooms and cut leen on it.

  7. Roll tight

  8. Seal the end with flour-water. And fry

  9. Mix Sake, Mirin, soy sauce and sugar and pour the mixed sauce in pan.

  10. Cover with cooking paper and simmer with low heat till the sauce become thick.
