  1. 400 gms chicken
  2. 2 onions chopped finely
  3. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. 1/2 cup curd
  6. 1 tomato pureed(optional)
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tbsp dark-colored pepper
  9. 3 green chillies chopped
  10. 4-5 cloves
  11. you small stick cinnamon
  12. 5 cardamoms
  13. 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  14. 4 tbsp refined oil
  15. 1 tbsp ghee
  16. 1 tbsp cashewnut paste
  17. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  18. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  19. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. To taste salt and pinch of sugar

  1. Marinate chicken with 1tsp half killed black pepper, salt and curd intended for 1 hour. Heat oil in some sort of pan and sprinkle half crushed garam masala.
