  1. 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  2. Sauce foundation
  3. 2 large ears new corn (2 cups kernels)
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. 1/4 cup broth or drinking water
  6. 1 number green onions (about 7 or 8)
  7. Sauce main
  8. 1/4-1 cup broth or water
  9. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  10. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon red spice up flakes (optional)
  11. 3 Tbl butter
  12. one handful new basil leaves
  13. 1 sodium to taste
  14. 1 floor black pepper to flavor

  1. Get your pasta cooked, just timid of el dente

  2. Slice kernels off of the ears associated with corn. you should have around 2 cups.

  11. Add pasta, stir, add parmesan stir. add more broth/water until Sauce is to your liking.

  12. Add green component of the green onions and torn basil leaves. stir, taste. add salt and ground black pepper to flavor.

  13. Add a little broth/water if the spices is to thick, stir

  14. Serve
