  1. 1 cup rawa /suji
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. 2 green chillies chopped
  4. 1″ ginger chopped
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2tsp chat masala, 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  7. As required Imli ki chutney
  8. 2 cups water
  9. 1 tbsp Salt to dip the dahi vadas
  10. 1/48 tsp Hing/asafoetida
  11. 1/2 tsp baking soda

Step-step making Easy Healthy baked rawa dahi bade Recipes

  1. In a bowl add one cup suji and one cup curd mix well both add little bit salt, chopped green chilli and ginger. keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

  2. After 20 minutes take the batter add soda with 1/4 cup water and mix well, make a smooth batter.

  3. Now take idli moulds and put the batter in each moulds in some quantity put the moulds in bowl cover the lids and baked in microwave for only 3 mints. Your vadas are ready

  4. In a bowl take water add hing and salt and dip the baked vada in it for 5 minutes.

  5. Then after five minutes take out the vada from water squeeze the water gently and In a serving plate transfer the bada in plates pour the curd over it spread chat masala, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and imli ki chutney. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
