250 gms maize flour (makki ka atta)

1 cup curd

1/2 tsp Eno

just one tsp salt

For tempering:

2 tbsp oil
-
1 tsp mustard seeds
-
1 tsp sesame seeds
-
Some Coriander departs
-
1-2 Green chillies

Since required Grated Coconut
Step-step making Easy Makki ka dhokla Recipes

Add makki flour, salt curd and 1/4 cup water. Make thick batter like Idli batter. Mix all properly.

Add Eno and 1 tsp oil in the batter. Mix well.

Grease microwave safe bowl with oil. Pour batter in bowl. Keep it in microwave.

Microwave it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes again cook it another 2 minutes. Check with knife tip. If it comes out clear then it is done.

Remove from microwave. Let it cool. Cut in pieces.

For tempering: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Once it crackles add sesame seeds. Switch off gas.

Pour this tadka on dhokla. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated Coconut. Fry some green chillies. Serve with fried chillies.
