  1. Methi Aloo:
  2. 5 Carrots (boiled with skin, peeled and cubed)
  3. 1 tsp Garlic (pounded)
  4. 2 Green chillies (flaked)
  5. 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
  6. 1/4 tsp Cummin seed
  7. few Curry leaves (chopped)
  8. few Fenugreek seeds
  9. half of bunch Fenugreek leaves (chopped) or 1/4 tsp Kasuri methhi
  10. half of tsp Turmeric powder
  11. Salt (as required)
  12. Puris:
  13. 1 and 50 % cup Maida (All Purpose Flour) or perhaps Wholemeal flour
  14. Salt (as required)
  15. 1 tsp Ghee
  16. 1/4 tsp Baking talc

Step-step making Easy Whosaynas Methi Aloo and Puri Recipes

  1. Methhi Aloo:
    In a weed put 3 tablespoon oil keep upon flame, when heated up add garlic clove, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seed products, cummin seeds, green chillies and allow it splutter add potatoes 1/4 mug water, turmeric powder, fenugreek leaves and salt then toss well and prepare on low flame, till done.

  2. Puris:
    Mix ingredients well then bind in order to not very soft dough using whole milk and make pingpong balls then move them and fry one at the time, making sure it puffs upward by sprinkling oil on puri.
    When golden brown remove on strainer then lay on platter.
